Nuevamente dirige Zack Snyder el casting hasta el momento incluye a Henry Cavill (Superman/Clark Kent), Amy Adams (Lois Lane), Diane Lane (Martha Kent), Laurence Fishburne (Perry White), Ben Affleck (Batman), Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman), Jesse Eisenberg (Lex Luthor), Jeremy Irons (Alfred Pennyworth), Holly Hunter (en un rol creado específicamente para este film) y Callan Mulvey.
